Fly Fishing Airlie Beach – Far North Queensland

0 Posted by - 19/02/2012 - Fishing, Photography, Post Processing

I recently received some images from Andrew Hayduk and Jeremy Thompson who had clearly been getting into some good fish in the waters around Airlie Beach in North Queensland. As well as good fish they had obviously also found some bright sunlight as every second image was a little overexposed and washed out. They were all well framed so I decided to give them a quick tickle in Photoshop to see if I could resurrect them. The results speak for themselves (originals provided at bottom).

If you have a shot of that fish of a lifetime that doesnt quite present as you had hoped, feel free to send them my way and I will give them a little tweak. Check out more tuned images here

He is pretty photogenic though, and if I went with Tam or Sav I don’t think the camera would come out of the case.
